    Nahh Not really.... Unless the person has something the seller really wants which is the only reason Ive ended 1 or 2......Its the cash thing I dont understand....If someone make a cash offer they would be willing to bid that much or more as well as others.

    Not so smart for the sellers to do at times.... IMO

    Great for buyers!!!

    Can you tell I kinda of wanted a shot.....I liked the idea of suspending it from the ceiling

    I think that there was a few here on the site that had their eyes on that I agree, in this case it wasn't too smart on the seller's end to end it early. But sometimes people have no idea what others are willing to pay for something and sell it for what" they thought" it was worth.
