1987 Honda Big Red dealer set up instructions..

I picked these up the other day and they're pretty cool. It's 28 pages of set up instructions for the 1987 Honda Big Red 250es which basically shows what the dealers were supposed to do when they received them in from the factory in Japan. It shows how they were crated in and the steps to get them ready for the showroom floor, plus it has part #'s and torque specifications, and all kinds of info like that..pretty cool. I have an extra original set of these instructions(not a copy), if anyone's interested- $15 to your door.

Yea those are cool, But they never get used...haha our shop they sat on the shelf for never to be used lol

Pat... that sounds cool. I have a set for the 1985 Big Red, the 86 350X and the 86 250SX. I'd be interested in that 87 BR one... mainly to see any diffeences between it and the 85.

Hey Bruce, yeah that is the first time I've ever seen paperwork like that. Another board member emailed me wanting to buy them, if he doesn't I'll let you know.

Hey man, well I actually picked up everything for my speedo setup off ebay...you can get the speedo head from servicehonda.com but the rest of the components like the cable, gearbox, and brackets you'll have to search for-mainly ebay.

I have that I think, hanging around somewhere on a CD, I'll burn a copy and send one to you Bruce along with that 350x speedo cable guide. I'll try to get them in the mail tomorrow.
