i take it thats the piston you may need for those 300r jugs we keep collecting lol now we just need to find more cooper gaskets nice find.

Score!! Thats the first oversize piston I've seen. How does the FL250 figure in? Best I could figure was ;
81-81 ATC 250r - 70mm
85 ATC 250r - 66mm
77-84 FL250 - 70mm
85 early FL350 - 78.5mm
Late FL350 - 80mm
Best I can tell on my blown up ATC300 is around 76mm
Anyway, good find..................................

Yeah I picked up another 300 kit for 40 bucks BIN the other day on ebay. beat you to it. lol It seems like I read somewhere that you can use the fl350 head gasket. I'll have to search for that info.

The FL 350 gasket should work. I bought one and put it side by side to the 300R one before I put mine together and the only differencr is the bore on the FL gasket is slightly bigger. Here,s a picture.

Well from what I can tell, the ody has the same stroke,pin, bearing. so it should work as a first over size for the 300r. The label on the package says ATC something, its scuffed, Fl 250 big bore first oversize.
