Just dump a bunch of bb's in the tank, put the cap on, Shake like no tommrow, take em out, and all the rust that they have knocked out will come out too...

take the tank off completely---15 feet away from the trike---200-300 bbs----plug up any open holes----and shake till your arms hurt and pass it to your assistant----shake till his arms hurt --then take it back and repeat--lol---Just make sure you get them ALL out when your done---yes they do fit in the gas lines.

You may want to consider a tank sealer or such when your all done

Yep, definatly plug the gas lines
Ive never done it before, but I would say, get a bunch of BB's, and add a little gas in the tank with them, that way the rust would scrub off better, I would think.

Cap the tank----the rest is just a short piece of rubber hose with an old bolt stuck in it--If ya wanna get fancy -use the serrated edge of an old spark plug

Or you could use a couple of handfuls of small nuts and bolts instead.

Spray the inside with Brake Clean and then put the BB's in side... works really well taking off rust and other things....

For goodness sake....take off the petcock and put your hand over that hole or use duct tape..then you wont have to worry about the gas lines at all.

    Then shake.....rattle..............roll. hehe
