8 year old 125

Whilst reading my local paper i spotted numerous ads for atc's...still under the shock and confusion of act's in perth,australia i spotted an ad say about a 8 year old 125...quote

"HONDA 3 wheeler, 125cc, new tyres, gd cond, 8 years old, newly serviced eng, $1300 o.n.o."


at first i thought this was ...not right but then i thought i better ask 3wwso here i am...do * think this is wrong or possible

EDIT:also i found another ad that isnt right (you'd think these peepol r loony)

"Honda 3 wheeler, ATV 150cc,blah blah blah"

is any of this true?

Maybe the engine was rebuilt, frame and every powdercoated, all new bearings and such 8 years ago or a dealer found a mint one in there storage so they sold it 8 years ago. either way $1300 aussie dollars is a little high.
