Jetting question- 86 Tri-Z

Ok, Ive been reading and reading on jetting for the past few days. I was idling high due to weather change so I adjusted my air/fuel screw so it was normal. I did a plug chop test and I noticed it was a whitesh brown. Not good. So I popped out the 320 and stuck in a 330. Now its black, top of the plug the curvy part is grey. The rest is black.
I talked to me good friend a atv mechanic, he said my motor was too hot and to richen the mixture up to 25-28 to 1. I am currently at 32-1 amsoil syn.

So what do I do?

Ok new question, do they make 325 jets?

From what I gathered from other people in chat and talking to alot of people. I am running rich. So I need to get a smaller jet, or adjust my needle clip.

And P.S, thats no closet door, its the door to my room.
