I have a 1984 Big Red(200ES) it idles really high, it is really hard on the machine to keep shifting it in to gear where there is no clutch. The other night I took the carb off and cleaned it and put it back on with a new plug, no difference. So I ordered a carb rebuild kit and installed it last night, now the idle is even a little higher than it was before. The adjustment screw makes almost no difference whether it is all the way in or out. I also checked the throttle cable to make sure it wasn't pulled tight keeping the idle up and nothing. Can someone please help me I need to get this thing Idling right so I can ride it and I have no idea what to do next.
