Anyone have Pics/ Articles of Suspended 90/ 110?

I am starting to get a vision of what i would like to do to my 90. I am curious if anyone has any articles of the early racers? Maybe something about custom frames/ swinger setups.

Curious about engine build up/ maybe what would be good/ fun to swap into a bandito frame. I have had some good info on this already, but some articles would be cool.

Anyone have pics of a 90/ 110 with a 200x front end. I am curious how this will look.

As always, I appreciate the info........

Oddy, If you look in the restore section, there is a person with a Nicholson suspenion frame 110. I can send you a pic of a 110 in a non suspension bandito frame, but it is not real pretty to look at right now, just a prebuild before teardown and painting and detailing.

    200x front end

I was going to try to put a 200x front end on a 110, but the triple tree was not long enough to fit the original frame, you would have to cut the neck of your frame about 1/2 inch maybe replace race. I have seen it done, but it looked kind of silly with the forks all the way up past the handlebars. I put a 250r front wheel on mine using the original axle and forks, 250r front hub, and 2 atc 70 axle spacers. It actually center right up perfectly.

Thanks for the link and pics. That stroker kit seems cool. That and the big bore would be a cool combo. Lots of money though.

I recently bought a 200s frame with aftermarket rear suspension. I would prefer building a 185s with rear suspension so I'm copying the kit. It was really easy. I torched the hard tail section off the 185s and welded it up like the suspended 200s. I'm sure it could be done with a 110 too, might be a little harder since it has the stamped frame. I have a few 110 frames saying around, maybe I'll try it.

    Blown 331,

It would be cool if someone could come up with a kit or a template again. There are a ton of 90's and 110's out there. I may have a bandito frame on the way, so coming up with a rear swing arm to mount to that frame would be awesome as well. I am not sure if it would work or not though. We will see. If you make any progress let me know. My original frame is pretty trashed, so I am open to playing around with it.

if you can find a 125m with a trashed motor that would be a decent upgrade. the wheel base is about 3 to 4"'s longer. helps them turn better not as much pushing. the 90 motor fits rite in. my brother did it to his old 110.
