    WOOOHOOO
K so it turned out there was a tonne of gas in the cylender!!!! it would fire for a second, till the gas came up and fouled the plug(there was like 100ml in the exhaust and she was still spitting gas lol...so them drains for the carb bowl don't do too much...unless if its glugged a bit?
LMAO i knew she wasn't that bad of a trike

    Thanks again people!!!!

The drain cannot let it out faster than the float lets it in, the tube is small, and the end is rolled closed and then it has to go through a long drain hose. The hoses off the side of the carb are above the level of the carb throat so they cant drain when the ATV is sitting upright, they are there for rollover.

That kind of flooding is what happens with float problems.

I had a similar problem that turned out to be a bad float needle seat.

With that much petrol inside, turn the whole ATV upside down and allow the gas to drain out of the crankcase, if it loads up with gas in the main bearings and runs, it might damage the crank bearings.

Misdiagnosis is no biggie, fixing it is whats important. Just find out why it flooded or it can overheat teh engine. 16 pound is a good tool for that Keihin PJ
