Tire pressure

Where can I find a guage to check my tire pressure for a Honda 1983 ATC 200x? What should they be set at? I got a used bike and the tires were real flat and it sponged around on pavment. I put some air and made the tires much harder and VROOM!!!! My bike hauled down the street. How hard should my tires be? How do I fix the brakes?

what does the tire say on it? It should say something like MAX OPERATING AIR PRESSURE IS 10PSI, I usually run like half of that. Got to NAPA or Auto Zone and they should have single PSI tire pressure gauges.
