    225DX Swingarm Bearings....

Hey... the only real issue with that 225DX Swiney found me in MI is the Swinger bearings.... (axle seems tight) Question is, can you replace the swinger bearings in a 225DX without taking the whole rearend/axle apart? The Yammie manual tells you to disassemble the rear axle/gearbox, etc.

might have to put in that Durablue Extended axle if I HAVE to mess with the rearend/axle bearings!

You mean the pivot bearings up in the frame? No you don't its just a pain to make sure you don't drop the drive shaft. I always wanted to check into putting the rear end from a bear tracker onto a YTm. I beleive its wider, and the engine is the same.

You will have to remove all those components to replace bearings.I have done this.2 hours worth of work at the most.
