What made you to decide to get the 200x forks? Where did you find them?
DO you think it would be possible to get a cobra utility pipe for a 250es and make it fit on a SX? Would a muffler shop be able to bent something like that?

D-man, busted frt. axle on sx stock frt.end. Had 200x I picked up for project in garage, so I swapped frt. ends while I was waiting for new axle from Honda dealer (don't think I'll swap 'em back either). I like it better because it's lighter, better suspension, hydraulic disc brake and gives it a much sportier look! (I've read on the board a 350x will fit also,even better yet but $$$) Have you tried e-bay? I've seen comp. frt. ends on there before.
As for the muffler: with a torch, welder and grinder anything will fit on anything. If you mean bolt right on(es to sx), I don't know. There's stock sx pipes on e- bay if you just need a replacement, if you want performance pipe will probably have to custom fit something. Any muffler shop should be able to custom make headpipe.($$) Stock works fine for me.
