wow.. 900 k .. phew.. my parents had their 100 + acre with house for sale for 75 k canadian !!! imagine that !!!. I may inherit that soon !

Having your own place rules tho.. you get to decide what and when and where you do what you want !!!...

That BITES! But this is the same reason I am BUYING my house. No landlord to say "Your Outta Here". We have been looking for a place in the country for a while now. The place I want ( right across the road from the shop ) is sorta land locked and over priced. But If I can come up with a method to get it I will. The reason I want it is so that I can have a place to store my ATV's, But yet if I need something from my stash while at the shop, I can just run over and get it.

Anyway, enough of my own situation. If you need someplace to store some of your stuff let me know. I will see what I can do to make room for it.

you cant even buy a 1/2 acre here where i live, for $179.000!!!! i figure when the wife finishes school next december. gets her foot in the school system. and i can keeo saving and working hard!! lol i may be able to buy a house here for around $300,000 hopefully it isnt run down and need me to fix it up. they are trying to get affordable housing, but with the amount i make working ovetime, i am over the limit. and without the overtime, no bills would get paid!!!

i just keep thinking positivly and it will all work out for me. i hope!!!
