    All Z experts, slight ticking sound- (movie)

    Well Im wondering if this has been there all those days, and im just noticing it now due to the fact I put a new clutch and all that in there. Heres the video, its pretty obvious that you can hear it. Just very carefully listen. Any ideas on what it is?
    Im assuming this is all in my head, im just looking for something off or odd. I think shes ok.

    I hear the ticking you talking of, mine has the exact same ticking, i think that since tyou had a problem with it your looking for a problem and now its showing up to you more than before.

    it does sound like something is makeing a clicking noise hard to pin point where it comeing from with my ear to the screen!!!

    forums.atvconnection.com and help the 3 wheeler guys out there i put a post on there and noone ever replys they need a little help from you guys. Im on there as austinoneal and their are alot of dipshits with no real knowledge, so if yall get any time swing on there and check it out and help out if ya can

    sorry I didnt get back to you yet on your pm. I haven't watched the video, but i'll bet you anything its piston slap. My Z has done it since day one. No matter how many fresh top ends I put in it, it always does it. Doesn't hurt a thing, just annoying.

    Its piston slap. Its probably not a problem if everything else is working right. You can hear it a lot more in air cooled models. Ive seen some do it even right after a bore job, but it shouldnt do it after a good bore job. My Quad-Z rattled really bad, until Wiseco did a bore job on it. Id ignore it for now, but next tiem you have the top end off, measure the bore for wear.

    hmmm thats more like a rattle sounding...like something is loose outside of the motor. Is the pipe tight? All motor mounts, raditors, kickstarter, swingarm bolt, ect?
