350x or 200x? Beauty or Beast?

Ok. I'm not quite sure where this is supposed to go, but my question doesnt pertain to eBay, so I'm going to put it here.
I have $800 to spend on a 3 wheeler to fix up. I'm aiming for a Tri-Z (I found one, I'm having trouble getting arrangements to go get it though), a 200x or a 350x.
    Here are the choices:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1985-...07313214QQrdZ1
This is a 350X I found. I would probly get it for around $450ish maybe and pay my uncle $50 to bring it up to me here in Brookville. So I would have $300 for an axle and paintjob and exhaust.. could I fix that 350X up for $300 or not??

    And:
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1985-...08078339QQrdZ1
This. Which I could probly get for under $500 with "shipping" and I guarantee I could have it shining for $800.

    Which would you choose??
My biggest question is whether I could fix up that 350X for $300?? Or even if I could make it run well for $300 I would be happy.
I'm asking because I know nothing about 350X part prices, so go ahead you experts.. inform me!
    Thanks
    Ben

Um...TRI-Z....the 200x, like most 200x's, are money pits...You could put the same money in a tri-z and have a faster trike and then sell it for way more than you bought it. The 200x on the other hand..is another story...goood luck!
