Is this guy for real or is he full of crap.Im sorry if he's on the up and up, but it sounds like a joke to me.I have Emailed this guy a few times but no reply back.
He say's in his add he will only sell on ebay but later in the add he say's thay are for sale local.
Id like to have a brand new 350X. But i think this guy is just messin with poeple.
I have 2 nice 350x's but Id also like to have a brand new one too.
What do you guy's think.

this is the guy that was selling them before, but cancelled the auction at the end. He still doesn't have any pics. And now he's only got 6 trikes, he had 14 of em, before. Heres the new link:

You are right I missed that he has less of them this time.My brother tryed to get ahold of him to find out when he was goin to list the TRI_Z's he had but the guy would not get back to him

I would say it's a scam. he can't even keep his story straight:

The bikes will be sold on Ebay ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS within the upcoming year so your just gonna have to keep an eye out. An exception is I reserve the right to cancel the auction if sold locally.

ya I sent this guy an email yesterday and he aint sent me one back I offerd him $8500 for one in the creat just to bait him and see if he would send me some pictures of the bikes but NO DICE yet.
ITS A BIG JOKE. if i had the time and money to piss away id drive over there and find this joker and bust his keyboard!!!!!!!!!!
I would go buy one right now for a fair price even if i had to go borrow the money. too bad its a joke!

If youll notice, its listed in the "Everything Else" category. Thats so he doesnt have to pay the $25 to list it, which is not refundable whne he cancels at the last minute. Youll also notice he started the bidding at .01. Thats for minimal listing fee. I expect he will also cancel this auction at the last minute claiming a local sale. I cant understand why a guy with good feedback would want to screw up his reputation. I guess hes trying to draw attention to his auctions, but it will backfire. If everyone here who has an Ebay account would make an email compaint to Ebay AFTER he does this again, theyd probably suspend him.

I agree with Tim SR. The only problem is that you can't leave feedback unless there is a transaction. I had the high bid on a CDI for my 350X and the guy cancelled the auction with about an hour left because he said the bid never got high enough (there was no reserve on the auction). Anyway, you can't leave feedback unless there is a transaction. Too bad.

I wasnt suggesting leaving feedback, and by the way, they will not suspend a guy for negative feedback. Feedback is only a warning to others who may deal with this person. To get a person suspended for rules infractions requires going through Ebay. When someone gets suspended for nonpayment, its because of the seller applying for final auction value credit and non paying bidder alerts. In this case you have to make a comlaint TO EBAY safeharbor, as this guy is violating ebay seller rules. He is attempting to circumvent the fee structure, and is perpetuating a fraud by offering an item he has intent of selling.

well....i just e-mailed him 11 times, each e-mail saying something different; here they are;

hey, how come you have pictures of all your other auctions buy you dont have any pictures on this auction, you would think that the least you could do for a auction that is up to $2,000 is post some pics
