So I just killed the last can of my K&N air filter oil. I was wondering if there is a big difference between the brands? The K&N seems to work well, the only thing I don't like is it is kind of runny. Any suggestions?

if you have a k+n filter I would just get some more k+n oil, you need to find one that will work on a paper filter.

keep the kn oil for the kn filter. for foam filters, i use Maxima, it works good.

K&N's are cotton not paper so make sure what ever you get for oil it's safe to use use with cotton.
