im looking for peoples opinions on which aftermarket company makes the quietest pipe for the 85'-86'ATC 250R's. i have a FMF fatty on my TRX and that thing is really loud. i ride around alot with my daughter on the dirt roads at our house and i want to build me and my wifes ATC 250R's not to piss off the neighbors too much.

Stock with good packing is very quiet. You can even put a stock baffle on an aftermarket expansion chamber but I've never tried it.

I'm thinking of getting one of those removable disc type. Supertrapp or white bros. Anyone use one on a 2 stroke? Was wondering if it would mess with jetting

i deffinatly want to use an aftermarket pipe for more power. some 2 strokes have a more mild buzz than an all out scream. mabey its silencers that will play a big part in that.
