    if you have so much compression that it hard to pull the rope and it doesnt stick your good to go.

    if your bike was sitting for awhile the carb floats could be set to high and gas could be dripping into the cylinder causeing vapor lock. it will go away after you pull it over a few times and the excess gas is spit out.

    and since that spark plug is soaked in gas take it out and heat it up with a tortch. to dry it off.
