    Movie

look here my atc250r from 1984.

The piston is new (77mm) and the cilinder is bored.

There is a lot of smoke from the atc, but thats for the new piston.

    Reations are welcome

Yeah its a 300cc cilinder and head.

It was very difficult to find the right piston. (in holland is no 76mm availeble)

I used een piston of suzuki RM380, the cilinder is bore from 76mm to 77mm.

The piston has drive an half hour and it works perfect

The piston is modifyed a little bit, now it fits to the ATC. (height is modifyed)

I live in the east of holland ( many farmers live here), so the is enough space to
drive with te atc. This week we wil drive with the trikes and we will make a film of it. Someone interesting?

Looks like you need body parts for the KLT. 87 was the last year built, and it looks as though yours is street legal to boot very nice. KLT's are my personal favorite utility bike, almost every one else on this board dislikes them.
