    250r forks on a tri-z

Has anybody ever ran a set of 250r forks on a tri-z. The 86z and 86r forks are both 39 mm. I think the Z forks have a bit more travel and are taller. The 250r forks might lower the front a bit and with a 23" tire it might corner like it is on rails. Plus you could run the 250R dual piston calipers too. Let me know.

    Thanks Denn

... well as long as the Banjo's and fittings on the break lines are the same MM. ... I don't see why not. Incidently, I never went that far with my Z, but I did fit an '85 ATC350X front hub/rotor/tire assy. to mine and with only the help of a $.05 washer, it ran great.
