You can use quite a few different key switches, the main difference is the connectors / plugs on the wiring harness. This is easily fixed if you have the harness from a another 250sx ignition switch.
The bad news is this: I have been watching key switches on ebay for a while now, and they have been bringing mega bucks lately. 1982 200e switch and dash just brought $102.50 ( WOW!!! ).
The question I have back is: Do you have a key switch at all now? If you do what is wrong with it?

Ifyou do it right you dont even need a ket switch. As long as you know how to wire things up you could go down the an automotive place and get a car key switch. A friend did that on his timberwolf.
