    lol

It is a rust treatment, you scrub off rust then coat the part with the jelly, it is supposed to eat away the rust so you can repaint the part and not have the rust come back. I used it on my car a while back and it didn't seem to help much.

It suppose to dissolve rust, but I never had much luck with it, I used to work for this old man who had a really old press and he used to make me scrub the cast iron cylinders with it to dissolve the rust, never worked. All it seemed to do was give me a sore arm.

Navel as in " Navy " or marine.... salty and wet rusty conditions.... i would think it would work better at coating parts to prevent rust instead of removing already existing rust...

My dad used to use it on chrome wheels that would obtain surface rust during the winter months. From what I remember, it worked pretty well on that.

It says on it a rust remover but all the times I have used it it does nothing. I would agree it is more of a rust preventer.

Its like toe jam but it comes out of your belly button along with all the lint. No, really. Its supposed to eat off most of the rust and turn the little coating that was left into some stable form of black rust. Just one catch. You seem to have to use a wire brush to remove the top layers until all you have is that last little bit in the pits that would have to be sandpapered off to remove. Then you apply it and it should work on that. I see no point in that. Sandpaper is faster.
