    atc 125 shifter

    anyone have a pic of the shifter...the one thats on mine hits the pull start..so it wont shift gears

    Thanks...thats what mine looks like but mine hits the pull start...How do i fix that?

    take off your shifter, put it back on, while it is off make sure that the cover for the pull start is tight and not sticking out. when you put the shifter back on make sure nothing is stripped or make sure that the shifter is moving farther back on the rod that the shifter is held onto. Oh, and 85hondaatc125m, that is a nice lookin 125,

    to fix that, just loosen the bolt holding it on and pull the shifter off the shaft a little bit and tighten it back down. That'll give you some more clearance.
