I have not read anything posted by you Dr.Death, (other than this thread) but you kinda remind me of somebody.....hmmmmm... MrATC's Brother?

You should take Howdy's advice...stop tootin your own horn. You got one heII of a Piece of ATV History there, lots of peeps would give ya enough kind words if you would JUST LET THEM!

As for rare, yep, it is. As for the RAREST? Not sure. I know there are not many Tiger 80s or Tiger 125s out there.

BTW, I owned 2 Tiger 500s and now they are in the clutches of ONE....... ERECTORDALE!!!!!!!

Dr.Death, are you planning on attending TF06? I for one would love to see that Tiger of yours in Person. Try your best to make it. I know there is ALWAYS a large crew that makes the Trip over from NY and they are all great guys. I am sure you could hook up with them and make it.

    Have a good day.

where in upstate new york you located? i am from the saratoga area. i would love to see this thng in person if you didnt mind showing it off, god knows you like to brag so much. let me know where you live, i'll take the road trip to check it out for my own two eyes. but i do have to mention one thing, and i think this point was brought up already. tiger bikes, all of them, never came in a model year, eg. 84,85,86...they were custom made for the customer, and took a few weeks to get after you ordered them. yeah your bike might have been made in 86, but that doesnt mean your is the "ONLY" tiger bike built in 1986. i think your just using this bike to make up in areas your lacking in. ***EDITED** i love the tigers as well as the next guy, and would love to have one myself, but if they were so great as you claim, then why are they so rare? great bikes like the 250r and tecate and tri-z can be found all over. and why? because they were great bikes. not some hicktown racer that threw a bunch of racing parts onto custom chassis and tossed in a sickass rotax engine, that "they" did not even produce. look back at all the races back in the day, how many times did you hear of tiger being on the podium? now how many times did you hear of honda, kawasaki, or even yamaha being there? yeah you got anice looking bike, but dont be a dick about it by thinking yours is the best. maybe in your eyes it is. heck, my tecate is the most awesome bike i have seen, and its not even finished being restored yet.

I doubt we'll get that because from all info I've ever heard and have there were no VINs or anything like that ever stamped onto the tiger frames.
