I believe its a pretty good deal also....That runs around the $1500+ mark around here. Blasters are fun machines and the ones I have seen and rode have been very reliable also....Good Luck...Chris

You cant bore a Blaster to 240. Either its been resleeved with a big bore cylinder or its been stroked, and either one would put it way higher than the $1000 price with a fresh motor. Id get some more details on this supposed 240cc motor because something doesnt add up. Maybe he means it was bore .040" over and he thinks that means 40cc's or something.

thats what i asked him but according to him it is bores out to the max and it = 240cc..I dont think he knows much but i do know its bored out and is a fresh motor..Whats the biggest size you can bore a 01 blaster out to?

Stock bore is 66mm and stroke is 57mm
The largest overbore is 2.25mm = .090" = 209cc.
cc's = .7854 x bore x bore x stroke

ic......well....I was talking to him at school today and he said he bought it after it got stolen..the motor was gone and they painted the platics like dope plants??..So he repainted it and i dosent look to to good. Does the prise still sounds right?

well the way you put it it sounds like the guy bought it from the person who stole it in the first place, and if thats the way it went, than I wouldnt buy it. Its not too good to have a stolen item, Ive been there before, and never got my money back.
