110 brought back to life :)

my brother brought home the (free) ATC 110 this weekend.. we had a little work to do.. new gas lines, clean the carb, little rewiring, makeshift airfilter, tack weld a hub and chain tensioner, seat work and some tuning.. it runs fine, we had some fun on an iced over pond this afternoon here in MO .. not a lot of power(i know that's what the 200E will be for) but it's kind of fun to mess around on. . it will even pop a wheelie.. just thought i'd let you all know that even though we're losing 3wheelers, we're also gaining them .. now to that 200 big red.. i got the electrical parts off and my brother is taking them to the honda place this week to be tested and see what we really do need to replace.. i'm thinking probably an exciter coil and maybe ignition coil and probably CDI box.. not sure yet though.. that should be all we think.. i'll keep ya updated.. no pics yet but when it gets warmer there will be some..

i'll have to check into it.. right now there's not an airbox tubes or anything.. it's straight out of the carb..thanks though.. may have to see what other goodies they have..

they also have a k&n that they told me went right onto the back of the carb - but when i went to mount it the gas tank gets in the way... i had to use an exhaust flange and a radiator hose to fab a custom intake

you dont have any jetting issues with it being straight off the carb like that? just wondering i seem to have a nightmare on my hands with this one.
