Check out this old flat track Honda I just drug home. (Well what’s left of it any way

We found this at a garage sale a few days ago. I bought it because of how unique the rear suspension set up is. Check out the extended axle and after market swing arm. Does any body have any idea who made that? You can also see an adjustable rear linkage. I am also wondering what those hubs came off of.

Well, what do you all think?

Any idea who made fiberglass fenders back then? Was that something riders did because it was easier to repair?

Those rear end parts are already destined for a soon to be biult 200X flat tracker. I am very anxious to see it when completed.

Thats interesting. I am not sure about the swingarm but the the hubs, wheels, tire combo looks like a Kawasaki Mojave or perhaps Tecate 4. I dont know if they are supposed to be able to fit the 200X spline so that could pose a problem. I know that the Mojave has small splines similar to a Honda so they might swap out.

I got Dibs If *edited* doesnt get it.

Tecate hubs are the same spline as a 200x. I used some on my 200x once.
    I got nothing...

Are the rear wheels staggered to the right or is that just an optical illusion?

The tires are straight. It is just the angle of the camera. I got it pretty cheap. The suspension is adjusted in the frame.

There may be a chance that this trike is an old factory Honda race trike. More on that will come soon.

I don't know, it doesn't look too much like any aftermarket frame I've seen, I'm thinking some kind of modified 200x frame and just and aftermarket swingarm and aftermarket hubs. Most aftermarket frames were much simpler and sturdier in construction.

Looks like a PK swingarm or maybe a dico made by westcoast, nice find, how much did you pay for it?

I have confirmed that this is a 200X frame. But I have no idea who built that swing arm or linkage. It looks way too clean to be a home built job. I am leaning towards the factor race team theory right now.
