Took my 110 to the shop today. They measured the piston to be 51.3mm. Is this stock. They didnt know but said someone with a manual would.

my honda manual says the outside diameter of the stock piston is between 51.97-51.99 mm. Your's should be at least 51.9 mm. I think you are in need of a new piston
