200x question

ok about 83-85 200x, do all three years come with the same color seat and do they all have the same color forks and shock boots, thanx because i see alot of different colors people have on different years

As far as I know, '85 had a blue seat and blue fork boots.

mine has a black seat and black forkboots and its a 84, but im not sure if mine is the original seat, it says honda on the back but doesnt say 200x anywhere, and also my forks are black and ive seen some that are grey?

My X has that same seat and boots as yours. I'm guessing it's stock.

83 and 84 was black seat and shock boots. 85 was blue seat with 200x on the side and blue fork boots.

Also, 83-84 had black lower fork tubes. 1985 was semi-polished aluminum.

Other cosmetic differences;

83-84 had a red rear shock spring. 85 was blue.

All three rear fender decals were different in 1985.

83-84 had the red, white and orange decal on the tank. 85 was red, white and blue.

1983 had a completely different looking swingarm than 84 and 85 as well as different footpegs.
