How much air you put in your forks?
Manual says 1 lb, does not give max lbs and how do you fill and measure
1 lb?
I have a compressor but will shoot 1 lb of air in the within a millisecond.
All my pressure guages do not have 1 lb on them!

It's okay if you go over.Use the gauge to let the air out.Keep doing this and you will bleed the air off slowly enogh to get to 1 psi.

Currently trikeless
is it 1 lb, I dont have very much in mine i know its bearly anything but i swear i read in the owners manual or something that below 10 lb is good, mabe im just dreaming tho
i run 7pnd in mine and use a low pressure tire gauge
i run none.
Most run 0, and the valves are more for the purpose of bleeding off pressure. Make sure the forks are fully extended, (I jack up under the frame, and lift the front end) and hit theach valve until it reaches static pressure.
Ive found it nearly impossible to do any precission airing up of these things. The volume is so tiny that one split second shot of the air hose has you way over inflated, and one shot on the valve has it empty again. If you use a low pressure tire guage, just taking a guage reading drops the air pressure by several pounds. The best way to inflate when necessary is to kick the air compressor on for just enough times to build a couple psi, shut it off, and then air up each side to the compressor's tank pressure. I do run a couple pounds in mine when I race MX, but bleed it back out for any other riding.
Why not just use a bicycle pump?Originally Posted by TimSr

Or, how about using the "pressure regulator" on the air compressor to "regulate" the air "pressure" coming from the compressor. Also, does anybody know how much pressure should be in my ATC 110 forks?
