New to the board
Ok, I got a 200sx it was hard starting when I bought it. I put a new plug cleaned the carb and set the valves. NOW IT wont start at all... When I set the valves I seen that there is an "F" and a "T" your supposed to set the crank case mark on the "T" correct? also what is the white dot mark for? Anyways it has great spark new gas and the plug is getting fuel

The "T" is used for valve adjustment---the "F " is used for spark Timing-(FIRE)
Do you have a manual?---It sounds as if you set the valves "OUT OF PHASE"---there are two times that the T mark appears for every camshaft revolution.
Buy American! Unless your only option is a HARLEY.
