No oil filtre on 110's Sounds like you need to adjust your clutch, Do a search you will find what you need.

I've tried adjusting the clutch. Me and my dad today started takign apart the gearbox but couldnt get past the one nut you need a special tool from honda to take off. I just don't understand how it will run perfectly fine for the first 5-10 minutes then the problem starts.

Have you done an oil change on it lately ?

The clutch tool can be made by grinding down a proper size socket..

Yes. I changed the oil today. Same problem. Im thinking about bringing it to the honda dealer but I dont feel like paying a lot of money fix what seems to be a small problem.
