    tire help???

    Can anyone tell me if Wooly Booger tires are available anymore, if so where can I find them. Need a set to complete the restoration of a 1985 250sx.

    Woolies are available most any place. I think some places refer to them as dirt dogs, duro's, or mud busters these days though. Prices for the 22x11x8 start at about $35 a piece. Your probably better off going to your local dealer for them so you don't get wrapped with shipping costs. But I know dennis kirk ships free if orders are over $100. I have a set on my sx and they are fantastic! Got Pics?

    Thanks, I will check into that, I know I have seen a similar tire at the local shop, but they are called stykers, and they have the same tread, but they do not perform the same at all. I have seen them on some web sites, but they start @ about $60 a piece.

    I am also new to this computer thing, so when I figure it all out I will get some pictures on.
