I know a buddy of mine put a 350X axle in a 300ex.

my buddy did the exact swap like you are doing and if fit exactly. you will need to buy 300ex hhubs. he got a Lonestar axle for his after breaking the 350x durablue in 8 months
durablue makes a six monbth warranty axle thats a exact fit for a 350x.

well i wanted the extended axle.i bought the one for the 300/250x.if it fits i have no problem buyin hubs,thanks for the help!!
