what is my 85 250r worth?

I've got an 85 250r...It runs great, starts on the 3rd kick all the time. It's a stock machine. I've done a number of maintenance repairs and upkeep to it. I've owned it for 3 years now and the guy who owned it had it for approximately 10 years...out of the ten years it probably sat for about 7 years, Let me know what you guys think

Well--R's do bring decent bucks-but it's all about how or what kind of life the trike has had. maint. repair...
usually start off around a grand and go up
pretty bikes; clean plastic's, nice seats, good paint etc bring the most money
people seem willing to pay more for the honda 250's.....

Condition and your location can play a big part in what kind of money you can get for it. $1000 on the low end and up $2800 +/- on the high end, but from the looks of it in the picture I'd say $1500-$1600.

Unfortunatly that is the best picture I can do for right now. I'm thinking about selling it and getting a 450r....I think I can move on and get a 4wheeler..lol, the 250r just kicks so much ass. As long as I've owned it I've always changed the oil, replaced the whole rear end..(bearings, seals), I replaced the front end(bearings, seals, had a new front axle made), rebuilt front brake caliper and front master cylinder, new clutch cable, new chain sliders, new fenders, air scoops(they are Maiers) , the seat is not torn, new air filter....It does need new rear tires. The machine has never been raced, just around the fields here! lol
