Just bought another 200x (updated pics)

We'll I could'nt resist it. It will be used mostly for parts for the wife's 200x and the rest will be parted out. I have a few quesitons as to some of the parts on it. First is the swinger. It is all aluminum and very light. It's about a plus 2 or plus 3 but I'm not sure. It has no identifying marks on it. Look at the pics and tell me what it is and how much it is worth.

It also has some funny red things that cover the axles and fit in the rim snug. Also the sprocket is solit. It feels like aluminum also. On it it says Circle Industries at the top and City of Industry CA. at the bottom and is set in blue. The axle is very heavy but I'm not sure of the make.

The guy I got this off of said he was the second owner and the first original owner used to race it back in the day.

So what do you guys think??

I pulled the swinger off to try to find some markings and give you guys a better view.

In the last pic it is setting next to a stock 84-85 200x swinger.

C'mon experts, lemme know. Is it rare? Is it worth mucho denaro? Who made it?

I'm awake and that looks like a a very nice piece for sure. No clue as to what it is, but it is trick for sure.

One question....why in the heck would you NOT put that on the wife's X?

Only aluminum swingers I know of are Cal-fabs and that does not look like a cal-fab. Axle im unsure of too. Looks to have a Supertrapp exhaust and the wheel covers are just to keep mud out. You can still buy those.

All in all you could make your money back on this bike easily.

Is the axle extended? 200x sprockets are 5 bolt and yours is 4 bolt. I am looking for a extended axle if you want to sell it. Let me know.

Not sure if the axle is extended. It is definately aftermarket. I'll check and get some pics of it up too. It's kinda rusty, needs polished. It's very, I mean very heavy.

Just measured the axle. It's six inches longer than stock. Gotta blast it and clean it up before I sell it. The swinger is 2 inches longer than stock. Also a pic of the shock rezzy. W P =???. It's pretty heavy duty.

A swinger like that I would NOT sell !! The workman ship (not that I know much about welding) looks to be EXCELLENT and if you sold that piece for 500 beans that would be a steal! Being so rare and it being so, SO, SO SO nice really jacks the price up I would think.

I'd have to say between 650 - 800 to even a 1000 beaners for that baby if you did sell it!

If the guy isn't willing to go that high, hey, where is he going to find another one? Maybe he won't!

Again, I would never sell it........... Waaaaay too nice! Good find Dude!
