    Hmm, 84' is a 200cc correct? no filter per say... a screen behind the the engine case on the clutch side of the motor.. I think? Maybe someone can verify this?

    That is right, you have to take off the right side cover (cluch cover) and there is a screen that slides out to be cleaned off. You also wipe out the inside of the oil rotor as it will pick up dirt too.
