    Run Switch help

    Ever since i got my 250 SX the run switch has never worked i just turn the key on and go and when i want to turn my trike off i just turn the key to the off position it doesnt matter if it is in the run position or off position any ideas to why this thing doesnt work?

    Probably a broken wire. the run switch and the key switch are connected in parallel. They kill the motor by grounding the ignition. If you can run a Ohm Meter or continuity tester you should be able to find the break. The other common possibility is that there is crap in the kill switch, keeping it from making contact
