I got mine a month ago at www.bikebandit.com they have parts on microfiche type of deal, and sell everything for the Tecate (except the parts that are discontinued). But I know they have the intake boot.
Here is the link to order from:

Great place to order from. Stock parts and aftermarket. Check it out
You bought a brand new intake boot? How much?
1985 KXT 250 Tecate - kx cylinder, kx ignition, bassani headpipe, answer silencer, v-force reeds, 38mm airstyker carb, +2 franks swinger, raptor rear shock.
1996 YSF240 Blaster - maxxed out!!!
Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "HOLY SH-T, what a ride!"
Yeah, they've been gone for years. Not just the Tecate boots, but all of the kx ones too.
OOPS.. The one I ordered was for an 1984 KX250. Mine has a KX250 cylinder on it. I stand corrected.
I know a few people that have ordered the boyessen rad valve for the early kx's...the manifold is angled but you can cut it and reweld it strait for the tecate if you are running the airbox.
Remove all the warning label and let nature take its course
1984 KX250 boot will work. Did you get it?
