Working on a 250sx conversion right now. Dont believe that the 200x forks will work on 250sx tree's. I bought a 200x front end and i am in the process of swapping. Then again i have not a fricking clue on how your going to mount up a rim and brakes. So dont know what your plans are other than riding on forks.
when you put the 200x forks the sx parts drop off and you just put a 200x caliper, axel and so on on it.
Are your forks bent? Corect me if I am wrong but if you are going for the narrow front tire then you would want to run the 200x tripple tree otherwise your shocks will be wider then the 200x axle.

They slide right in the 250SX triples. It is a poor mans conversion and requires spacers to be fabricated to center whatever hub you chose to run, stock SX X or R all fit the SX axle. You don't HAVE to run brakes and good ones are tough to find anyhow. Your front end will be a bit higher and will have better suspension but I would do the whole swap if it were me....
All our government does is distract us while they steal from us, misspend our tax $ and ruin our country
ok thanks guys, I'm in the process of buying the whole front end now anyways. Its soon getting shipped![]()
