I think there is a set out in the box with my Goki Kit. I will try to remember to look later.

Thanks basket, I could'nt remeber where I saw that...

John I did see it... 6 bills for that kit, its kool though that you can charge the battery with that kit...

i think you can rig up the 350x to charge the battery. I am going to try ont he 200x. I have a big red regulator/rectifier. the only thing is that you have to remove the stator ground and wire it into the regulator.

Yeah I'm going to give Goki a call in the morning, I installed all the hardware today, I could'nt come up with the 2 longest bolts for the case, so I figure I'll just get it from them with the wiring, switch and cables.... I'll ask about the charging system if they did any r&d on it...

Basket

The big red stator is different than the 350X one. It has three coils instead of just one. This gives three AC waveforms that are 120 deg out of phase. You need a different regulator for a 350X.

does the rectifer care how many waves you have? I understand 3 phase AC (i work at a power plant) but i have not looked into the rectifier.

I think it does. Honda never gives us internal diagrams to the rectifiers, but I am guessing that they are half wave rectifying the three phases, If you only have one phase, you will need to full wave rectify it to get DC to charge the battery.

I guess the 350x kit does charge the battery, I just got off the phone with Goki... Its charges thru the lighting sytem like the new 450r does. I did not know that... Very helpful dude... Here's their number if you need anything... 818-998-0852
