If you can get a pilot hole drilled deep enough to have an EZ out tip grab on it you should be able to get it out. Be sure to soak it down good with some wd-40 or pb blaster first.

well first take the foot peg off, and hpoefully its not flush with the metal. maybe you can use an vice grip. if its flush i would ony think an easy out would work best....try getting a super sharp brand new drill bit and just work at it dont push to hard and lube the bit every 30 secounds. if that doesent work then look at the back if you can grab it with a wrench it work it out backwards..not fimaliar with that trikes foot peg style.

remove the footpeg and clean the area real good to remove any grease or lube, then find a large nut and weld it to the broken bolt through the center of the nut. Then soak it with pb blaster and turn it out. Sounds easy and sometimes it works. Good Luck
