Well there are lots and lots you can certainly use and no one can prove what is best but I'd recommend http://www.autobarn.net/luc10043.html for the rear end and http://www.autobarn.net/shro15mooilq.html for the motor.
Lots of motox dudes use it and I do to. Been talked about big time on a motox site I go on.
7-8.99 a gallon.
For extreme cold though I'd sweitch to a 5 or 10W30 but the R/T does not come in that.
You can use just about any oil in it really, changing it frequntly is the main ingrediant for long motor life.
So they say though, don't use a energy conserving oil
