It would be a very time consuming project. Berrien buggy out of Berrien springs MICH have been selling buggys for decades. You can buy a "knock down kit" which is all of the tubes pre bent, and all you have to do is weld them together for around 450 bucks or so.

im talking about bending the tubing myself. im just wondering how hard it is to put in the vw front end with steering, and throwing in a streetbike motor. how do people link up the shifting when they throw in, say, a yammy 1200 motorcycle motor in it?
