Steering Neck Question

Hey guys, on the steering neck(i think thats what its called, excuse me if im wrong) are there bearings on the inside, or is it just packed with grease, or i there nothing in it? if you are confused, ill explain the area im talking about more

heres the neck of the frame(front where tripples mount )

{___________} <--- same as the top(bearings)

Yeah, It's empty in the middle. Nothing but a little grease and air.

ok thanks man, haha my picture i worked so hard at got screwed up in the post, i thought it was empty but for some reason i got the wierd thought in my head it might have bearings in it
i thought iwas gunna have to get a custom one machined out, but looks like i can make one up
