i just picked up this trike to keep my tri-z company..... it was free and the guy said it ran 4 years ago, and after a 6 hour round trip it was in my garage...... that was the fun part! so i start getting it ready to try and fire up , and the motor is locked up solid after pulling the plug i found that water had gotten into the cylinder and was still in there after he had left it sitting. some penetrant got the cylinder moving again and then some tranny fluid helped me clean out the rust. however i still cant get it to cough or sputter. it has decent compression by feel, however my compression guage isnt the right size to tell how much it is................... is this thing screwed, or is there hope that this will actually fire up?thanks in advance!

They were both frozen solid but just changing the one worked started on first crank! I figure the top one will loosen up after running for awhile, I hope! I agree with the frozen ring idea. Better safe thatn sorry go ahead and rebuild the top end if you can. That's got to be it if you have everything else! Good luck man!
