    Pix of my 200 project...

    Well this is how I got it:



    This is the damage I have done so far:



    Misc parts I have sandblasted and repainted:




    Heres the start to my exhaust.The exhaust is a Turboflow of a streetbike.I will be fabricating my whole header pipe.

    Thanks for the compliments.

    Here is a pic of a centre console which is off a 83 200e which I have blasted and primed.I will be ditching the key switch for a push button switch.

    why would you use a push button? it looks really really tacky on trikes

    Here is a pic of the switch I'll be using.The install will be nice and clean..

    Well the first brake drum cover I did had a nice sized dent,so I redid another one..

    The brake drum and cover still have to be primed...

    Got some more pieces done:



    I have also done the forks and various other pieces..


    One of the engine mount bolts is stuck in there tightly and rounded off nicely.Is there any advice to getting this out? I have lots of tools at my disposal..

    I hate stuck bolts. One way you can try if you feel up to it, weld an old wrench or the like onto it. Then once its welded, twist it out and get a new bolt. Another way i've heard is cut an "X" into the top of the bolt and use a philips head screwdriver to get it out.

    hey mate...Thanks for the advice.I welded a spanner on and she popped right off!

    Frame stripped and primed:



    I still have to wet and dry and apply another coat yet..
