so.... i spend the whole day painting, parts, ripping the rear end off my Bike, (85 250R) to find that, nope, no that rear swing arm bolt ANT coming off... smacked it with a for 2 hours straight, ARM is spagatti.... how i am typing is a miracle in itself, iam bleeding from every square inch on my arms, yah i stabbed myself with screw drivers, hit my hads with s, dropped the swing arm on my nuts... INDIAN STYLE under the Bike... so got her all back together, guess ill just have to HOLD THE THROTTLE AND HOLD THE **edited**

That sucks man. Did you try heating the crap out of the bolt?

I got my swinger bolt outta my 200X with a 15" brass drift punch and a 20 pound sledge . I held the punch while my buddy swung the sledge. 4 hits and it was out. yea I had to buy a new bolt but I wanted new bearings put in so I gave her hell 'til she came out.

On my 350X project, I could NOT get the swinger bolt out.. no matter what I tried. Finally, I got the bright idea to use the impact wrench (which I should have used in the first place..), and it came right out. Made it seem easy..
