What all will these rims fit on??

I need to know if rear rims off a 1983 200x will fit on 1986 200x?? Anybody know for sure. Also, feel free to tell me if you know what other machines they will fit on. Thanks in advance for any help you might have on this subject.

Stock 83 200x rims are 4 /110mm bolt pattern. In stock form they bolt right on the 83-85 200x and the 83-84 250r.

Without modifying them, They will only fit the 86 200x's if you use the 83-85 200x or 83-84 250r hubs.

Sleep? I got my 4 1/2 hrs of sleep in already. Now I am waiting for the kids to get home so I can take them to the shop with me.

when you run 83-85 wheels on anything alse but 83-84 r's you have to put them on backwards.

The bolt pattern is the same on the 83-85 200x and the 86-87 200x. The 83-85 200x is a 8" wheel. The 86-87 200x uses a 9" wheel like the 350X. The hub for a 9" wheel is just a tiny bit too big to go in the 8" wheel. When I tried it, it looked like you could grind a bout 1/8th inch off of the end of each of the four ends of the hub and then it would work.

Here is a nice chart to find out the bolt patterns for most hondas. Its very helpful to keep around.
